What happens after I get in touch?
One of us reads it, not an assistant. We reply within one business day, usually the same day, and the first conversation is a short call to work out what you actually need. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you on that call rather than three months in.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes, and there is no catch. Your first conversation is fifteen minutes with a Chartered Accountant, at no cost and with no obligation. We look at where you stand, tell you plainly what needs attention, and you decide what happens next.
Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?
Yes. We are based in Greenslopes and work across Brisbane, Logan, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland, and with clients Australia-wide. All of our services are delivered in Xero and by video and phone, so distance is rarely the constraint people expect it to be.
Who will I speak to?
James or Grant. There is no sales team and no account manager layer.
My records are a mess. Is that a problem?
No. It is one of the most common reasons people call us. We see it regularly, and there is no judgement. Tell us roughly how far behind you are and we will tell you what it takes to catch up.
Can we meet by video instead of in person?
Most clients do. Monthly meetings run by video for the majority of our clients, and we meet in person when the conversation warrants it. If you would rather meet face to face every time, that is fine too.
